every 2 years for cleanliness and air leaks.

What is included when you clean my HVAC system and ductwork?
1. Walk through with customer to count vents and explain what and how we clean the ductwork.
2. Camera inspection of the return ductwork before we start.
3. Lay down drop cloth when bring in vacuum equipment.
4. Vacuum ductwork from the return and supply plenums.
5. Remove each return grill and supply register then power brush all ductwork all the way back to the furnace.
6. Chemically wash and scrub every register and grill before re-installing.
7. Brush and blow out complete furnace including blower motor.
8. Inspect for air duct leaks and cooling coil. (recommend sealing and cleaning if needed)
9. Replace standard 1ā€¯ filter if needed.
10. Clean up.
11. Final Camera inspection of clean ductwork with customer.
12. Completion Walk through with customer showing all grills and registers are installed and furnace is clean.
